DINING IN A DOME IN NEWCASTLE’S CBD
Crystalbrook Kingsley has collaborated with Monkey 47 to bring a unique dining experience to Newcastle’s CBD this winter.
Reserve YOUR OWN DOME for a two-hour dining experience under the stars.
With two menus to choose from, you might need to book in twice! For a European fix, choose the Winter Warmers menu. You’ll partake in a Kingsley pitcher cocktail on arrival, before the blue swimmer crab quiche with creme fraiche and chives starts calling your name. But once you take a look at the high tea menu, trust us, you’ll find it hard to pick. Adding in the bottomless bubbles or rośe, however, is a no brainer – tick!

Daily at 11.00am, 1.30pm, 4.00pm or 6.30pm.
The small dome has a capacity of five, while the medium will fit up to eight.
