Lookout Mountain Retreat

Heritage Hotel Motel Dorrigo
Located in the middle of town, the Heritage Hotel Motel Dorrigo is surrounded by local businesses and is only a short walk from the Dorrigo Visitor Information Centre. Dangar Falls Lodge Camp and Caravan
A peaceful place to unwind, the Dangar Falls Lodge Camp and Caravan is just walking distance from the Dangar Falls waterfall. There you’ll discover one of the best swimming holes in Australia!
There are two forms of accommodation available. The Lodge offers self-contained indoor accommodation that is separated into two wings; the Hakea Wing sleeps up to 9, while the Waratah Wing sleeps up to four. Bellbird Hollow
Approximately 35 minutes north-west of Dorrigo lies 200 acres of stunning forest known as Bellbird Hollow. Settlers Corner
A small, one acre property just outside of Dorrigo, Settlers Corner offers a space for self contained motorhomes and caravans to set up. They only accept one booking at a time so you’ll have exclusive access to the riverside camp area which is surrounded by trees and overlooks paddocks. Another self-sufficient camping spot just for those with a 4 wheel drive car, Blicks River Camping is located near the river in Dundurrabin. There are 60 acres of bushland to explore with no allocated campsites. This means you can set up wherever you like! There’s a pit toilet available if you don’t have your own and pets are welcome to come. Ebor Falls Hotel Motel
A family friendly place, the Ebor Falls Hotel Motel has three types of accommodation to choose from. There’s seven motel rooms which suit groups of up to 3 or 4 people, each of which has an ensuite bathroom, TV and kettle. Next door is a large house that fits up to 20 people. Little Styx Cabins
A regenerative pastoral property, Moffat Falls has a range of ecotourism facilities and accommodation options across the property. One of the options is the Little Styx Cabins, a pair of historic bush cabins that were once the quarters for the Point Lookout Timber Mill. Tom's Cabin
Nestled amongst the bushland of New England National Park, Tom’s Cabin is a simple bushwalkers cabin. There’s no electricity and it’s quite remote so you’ll need to bring everything you need with you.
Spend time exploring the nearby creek and trying to spot some of the native wildlife that call the area home, including wallabies and lyrebirds. The nearby Tea Tree Falls walking trail winds through an ancient beech forest and if you start early enough you could hike all the way to the famous Point Lookout, where you can take in panoramic views of the rainforest.

The Residence
In another part of the New England National Park is The Residence, a modern weekend retreat that makes an ideal base for exploring the park. The four-bedroom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating areas with a fire pit, indoor lounge and modern bathroom. Hernani Wilderness Hut
