1. Armidale Farmers’ Market
Held in Curtis Park on the second Sunday of each month, the Armidale Farmers’ Market provides a place for regional producers to sell directly to the community. Find local and regional produce and products, flowers, baked goods, food stalls and coffee vans. With live music and good vibes all round, why not make a morning of it? Grab a coffee, treat yourself to something tasty and take a relaxing stroll around the park.
The volunteer team behind Armidale Farmers’ Market are working hard to create a sustainable and plastic-free zone for all to enjoy, so bring a bag, a basket or a box to put your goodies in (and don’t forget your keep cup on your way out the door).

2. Markets in the Mall, Armidale
The Armidale Markets in the Mall are run by the Armidale PCYC and are held on the last Sunday of each month. With over 50 stalls making a regular appearance, there’s plenty to see at these markets. Find handmade goods and art, fresh produce, pastries and bread, barista-made coffee, candles, skincare products, plants, secondhand books, handmade clothing, and so much more.

3. Seasons on New England, Uralla
Held annually in March, Seasons of New England is an exposition showcasing the region's finest local produce, food, wine, art and handmade goods from makers and creators across the region. 4. High Country Markets, Uralla
The Uralla High Country Markets began in February 2022. Organised by the Uralla Business Chamber, the High Country Markets are held on the first Sunday of each month and are a celebration of regional produce, locally made products, art, food and more.
Searching for chickens to add to your brood? You’ll also find the Poultry Auction here on the same day, kicking off from 9.30am.

5. Walcha Farmers’ Market
The Walcha Farmers’ Market is a non-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing value to the community by linking town and country.
As well as live music, kids’ activities, competitions and workshops, you’ll find fresh and organic locally-grown produce, flowers and plants, dairy and meat products, poultry, wine, coffee, honey and so much more. 9. Peel Street Markets, Tamworth
Formerly known as the Peel Street Cottage Craft Fairs, Peel Street Markets kicked-off in 1996 and has been held on the third Sunday of every month ever since. Run by the Calala Rotary Club, the profits from the coordination of these markets goes towards supporting local community organisations in Tamworth.
Now with over 60 stalls, you’re sure to find a tonne of locally made goodies that’ll put a smile on your face. From candles, soaps and lavender products, to baked goods, handmade chocolate and preserves, the Tamworth community has a lot to offer.
